Closely based on Telekom’s current employer branding campaign, we mixed behind-the-scenes film logic with the everyday narratives of employees, trainees and dual students to create a “making of” within the #Talentschmiede:
From the concept to the internal casting process, to shooting and editing, to multi-channel exploitation – in addition to the image film, the delivery package included 7 thoroughly formatted social media clips and a film on one of the apprenticeship professions.
